Blog Now Open To All Readers

I just wanted to quick post that if you want to pass on our journey/blog to other adoptive families, or if you would like to add a link on your blog to our blog, please feel free, I have un-password protected our blog now that we are back safe and sound. Is un-password protected a real word/phrase? :)

I plan to post one last post soon and then we will be starting a new 'family' blog.

Congratulations Karla and Ben, as of today, they should be in Aqtobe to meet their child!

I just wanted to say a big THANKS for letting me follow your journey. I have enjoyed your sense of humor & all the additional info you have included along the way. I know Zahri is going to have wonderful life & one day she will feel as lucky as you do right now about being together as a family.

Welcome home, Christy and 'Z'!! I just recently came across your blog and for some reason, I recognized your photo...what is it that you do for a living...has your photo been published locally?...or maybe I've just passed you in the grocery store before?!? It turns out that we are nearly neighbors, as I live in Becker!! It was so exciting to read your blog and see someone so close to home, bring home their daughter! I hope to adopt from Kaz in the future, as well...so it is always exciting to read about others' journeys to their child. I would love to hear from you sometime. You can email me direct at thomclan@cfaith.com or thomclan@izoom.net Once again, CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to MN, Zahri!! God bless you both!

Isn't LIFE GREAT? One adventure ends and another begins.

You dont know how much your blog came to mean us. It kept us sane while we waited and now we use it like "Zagat's" to find stuff.

Christy-

My name is Suzette and I just got done reading your blog. My husband and I are in the process of adopting from Kazakhstan and we too are adopting through LMI. We are waiting for our I171H to come in so we can send off our dossier. I loved reading your story and learning all about your tips for families traveling. It's such a nice thing for a waiting mother to read a success story such as yours. :)
